Annual Meeting

The 2011 Dill Pickle Food Co-op Annual Meeting of the Member-Owners has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 27.  All member-owners are encouraged to attend this important meeting.

The evening's agenda will include:

• 6:00 P.M. -- Meet & Mingle
  Enjoy light appetizers and BYO drinks with the co-op community.
  
  
• 7:00 P.M. -- President's Report
  Recap the past year of co-op successes and challenges, as well as a look ahead at what lies ahead in the next year and beyond.
   
• 7:15 P.M. -- Treasurer's Report
  Present the current state of the co-op's financial responsibilities and health.
   
• 7:45 P.M. -- General Manager's Report
  Recap on store operations over the last 12 months of business, as well as a look ahead for future changes and opportunities for the co-op's store.

• 8:00 P.M. -- Volunteer Recognition
  

• 8:05 P.M. -- Staff Recognition

• 8:10 P.M. -- Listening Session
  What priorities should the co-op Board of Directors set for short and long term plans?

Board election results
Within 1 week from the Annual Meeting, the results from this year's elections will be announced.  The elections are to decide on 3 open Board Director seats.  Be sure to check out this year's Board Director nominees.
